Shipping

  • How long does an order take to process?

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. The majority of orders will ship within 24hrs however. 

  • How long does shipping take?

    After an order is completed, it will take between 1-3 days to process, although the overwhelming majority of orders are shipped within 24hrs of being placed. 


    Delivery then takes 3-10 days, depending on the product ordered. This does not account for any potential delays. 

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship worldwide! All orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping. Orders under $100 are subject to a $4.99 flat rate shipping fee.

  • Where do you ship from?

    In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we aim to ship directly from our suppliers to your door wherever we can, so long as the service is not diminished. This removes the need for producing excessive units and scheduling bulk shipments from suppliers to ourselves. It also helps us to keep prices down and maintain quality control. This does however mean that your order may potentially come from overseas, usually Thailand, which may result in slightly longer shipping times. 

  • Will I be able to track my order?

    Yes, all orders placed with Coconut Island Company will be given tracking information. You will receive the tracking info via email as soon as your order ships.

  • What couriers do you use?

    We ship using the regular postal service, this means USPS if you're in the United States. Your order may come from overseas, in which case the tracking will initially come from the postal service in the origin country, for example Thai Post. When the order clears customs on arrival in your country, it will then be taken over by your local postal service and you will be able to track with them using the same tracking number.

  • The tracking says my order is delivered, but I have not received it.

    If the tracking says Delivered but you have not received the package there are a few possibilities.


    It’s possible the package was received by someone else. Couriers sometimes drop off packages at the wrong address, street or mailbox. It is possible your neighbor, front desk, receptionist, mailroom, doorman, HOA or colleague received the package.


    If you still can’t find it please contact the courier, the tracking page will provide contact information. Couriers will have GPS coordinates for every tracking scan and can tell you where the package was scanned when the status was changed to Delivered. Be sure to have your tracking number on hand.


    It might be easier to call or visit your local post office and ask to speak with the Postmaster about your missing delivery.


    If you suspect the package was stolen please let us know and provide a police report as this will enable us to claim compensation and reship your order

  • The tracking info shows my order has not moved for several days.

    If an order is coming from overseas there may be a gap in the tracking info between the time it leaves the origin country and arrives in the destination country. This does not mean it is lost or not moving, it is because the package is undergoing customs clearance. As soon as it clears, you will see it moving again via the tracking info. After clearing customs in the destination country you can track using the same tracking number with your local postal service. 

Returns

  • Do you accept returns?

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How do I return my item?

    First, send an email to support@coconutislandco.com to intiate your return. 


    The return address can be found on the original packaging of your order, if you no longer have this, please request an updated address via support@coconutislandco.com


    When you have the address and have notified us of your plans to return, please go ahead and send your returns. 


    When we receive them we will inspect and then issue a refund or replacement.

  • I have opened and used my item. Can I still return it?

    Unfortunately I'm afraid that we are unable to accept opened or used products as returns.
