How long does it take for delivery?

From payment to delivery can take 2-6 weeks, depending on the volume ordered and shipping method. Your Wholesale Tapee Tea order will come directly from the producer in Thailand via our quality control team to your door. We typically ship via ocean freight which can take around 2 weeks, although depending on your needs and the quantity ordered, we can ship via air freight for an express delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the quotation given, Coconut Island Company will take care of that. As a buyer, you would be liable for potential customs and import charges only, we highly recommend researching these prior to placing your order to ensure you are not in for any unexpected surprises.

What are your wholesale prices?

First, lets clarify the units our Tapee Tea is packaged in. Each 1 pack of tea contains 5 pouches of 5 sachets or teabags of tea, so in total there are 25 sachets or teabags per 1 pack.

Wholesale pricing starts at 250 packs and all pricing includes delivery (excluding potential customs and import fees).

1. 250-999 Packs of Tea (6250 Teabags) – $18.49 per pack.
2. 1,000-1,499 Packs of Tea (25,000 Teabags) – $16.49 per pack.
3. 1,500-1,999 Packs of Tea (37,500 Teabags) – $14.49 per pack.
4. 2,000-4,999 Packs of Tea (50,000 Teabags) – $13.49 per pack. 
5. 5,000+ Packs of Tea (125,000 Teabags) – $11.99 per pack. 

How do I make payment?

Payment is made in USD via Wire or ACH transfer to our account, details will be provided upon agreement of the order. Upon receipt of payment your order will begin production and a timeline for completion and shipping will be provided.
